Booking Information

Bookings are confirmed with a 15 % deposit/bond of the total cost (not including a trial). Our main reason for doing this is that B Gorgeous makeup artists are in high demand & other clients will be turned away should we be fully booked for the date of your event. The remainder of your balance is to be paid by either bank transfer at least 3 days prior to the event or by cash on the day.

Wedding Trials

Bridal trials are recommended but not essential, the cost of the trial is due (separate from the wedding booking) either by bank transfer 3 days prior or by cash on the day.

Wedding Cancellation Policy

A 15% bond is required to make a booking – if cancellation is notified anytime leading up to a minimum of 6 weeks prior the booking date your full deposit will be refunded. However if cancellation is received after this time your deposit will be forfeited.

Travel & Parking

Travel is free within a 30 kilometres road distance from Auckland CBD, however a travel fee may be charged outside of this radius – price on application.

Waiheke Weddings attract a ferry, parking & transport charge.

If your booking is within a hotel, the makeup artist/s attending will charge the parking to the room unless other arrangements are made.
